What do I need?
A home EV charger (even a 7 kW wall box works), a safe parking spot, and a phone number guests can reach you on.
Who books?
Drivers in apartments without chargers, people visiting your area, and travellers passing through on a road trip.
How do I get paid?
Guests pay you in cash when they arrive. Sparky doesn't take a cut, so your price is exactly what you take home.
Does Sparky charge any fees?
No. Sparky is free for hosts and drivers while we grow. As the community gets bigger we may introduce a small fee to cover the cost of running the service, and we'll always tell you well before it applies.
Do I have to accept every request?
No. Approve each request yourself, or switch on instant book for listings you're happy to auto-accept.
Is my address public?
No. Guests only see an approximate location until you confirm their booking.
